Use FREESHIP for free standard delivery on orders over £80.

Our website contains the standard delivery timeframes but please be aware that UK parcels could take an extra working day to arrive, EU an extra 5 working days and ROW an extra 10 working days. 

Please use the tracking link emailed to you, so you can follow the progress of the order to your door. We are monitoring the situation closely and will advise of any changes. If you have any specific questions relating to your order, please email our customer service team at help@carboncotton.com.

Carbon Cotton will make every effort to dispatch the order within one working day. However, as a small business it can take us up to 3 working days to prepare your order for despatch..  

 

I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do?

 

These sometimes go into the spam/junk folders so please check this first and if you still do not have it, do email customer service at help@carboncotton.com with your name and order number and they will be able to help locate your tracking details.

My tracking number isn’t working, what shall I do?
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate as the number may not be valid until your order is picked up by the courier. If it's still not working, please contact help@carboncotton.com with your name and order number.

RETURN POLICY

Items marked "final sale" in the product description are not eligible for a refund/exchange or store credit. Items bought at a discounted price, but not marked as final sale, are only eligible for an exchange or for store credit.

If for any reason you are not happy with a full price purchase, you can return or exchange items that meet our eligibility requirements below:

Items must be sent back in their original packaging with all tags attached
A return/exchange must be made within 14 days of you receiving your order. 

Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must be in a sell-able condition free from marks/stains.

Items that are returned to us without prior approval will be sent back to the customer. Unfortunately returns will not be accepted if the above requirements are not met. 

Please use our returns portal to arrange a return. Please note that customers are responsible for the charges of the returns label.

Items that are not eligible for refund:

Clothes that have been worn, washed, stained or damaged

Clothes without the original tags and packaging attached

Sale items - items bought at a discounted price are only eligible for an exchange or for store credit

 

The item I received is damaged! If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 2 days of delivery at @carbon_cotton or help@carboncotton.com
