Our website contains the standard delivery timeframes but please be aware that UK parcels could take an extra working day to arrive, EU an extra 5 working days and ROW an extra 10 working days.

Saturday Club will make every effort to dispatch the order within one working day. Our cut off time for next working day delivery is 2pm each weekday. All orders placed from 2pm Friday will be dispatched the following working day.  


I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do?
These sometimes go into the spam/junk folders so please check this first and if you still do not have it, do email customer service at with your name and order number and they will be able to help locate your tracking details.
My tracking number isn’t working, what shall I do?
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate as the number may not be valid until your order is picked up by the courier. If it's still not working, please contact with your name and order number.
